In a nutshell, Modular Consulting is a work process that combines different areas of expertise. Every business has different needs. Taking this into account and being able to provide a wide array of services to companies is what I do best.
- Business Analysis - People have a tendency to “jump into the water” prior to fully assessing what it is that they need. Most start-up companies have immense problems with their business model. A comprehensive analysis of the business is a must before pulling up the sleaves and getting dirty.
- Market Strategy - Understanding where you want to go is strategy. How to get there is tactics. Becoming a dominant force in a market is not a strategy, it’s a dream. Focus on short term strategic goals to begin with. Start at the bottom and work your way up.
- Work Methodology - Creating a work process that is both doable and satisfactory is not an easy task. Create milestones that are feasible. It is imperative to understand that milestones have a tendency to be linked to each other, and need to be achieved in time.
- Fund Raising - Not all businesses require external sources of funds. Developing a product that is at least in a prototype phase will ease the pains of fund raising in a later stage.
